The Young BCIC & HR Expert Committees of Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) is hosting a Mini-Conference in the form of Fireside Chat to be attended by senior leaders from the Industry both from the Business and Operations side as well as from Human Resources, Talent Acquisition side. Through this miniconference, we intend to bring on table a debate on alternative strategies for Technology Resourcing that can be adopted by the industry.
In this discussion, we will try to elucidate how deep the Tech Shortage is, first-hand experience sharing from the companies, real face of the challenge on ground, cost of the challenge and delve into what stakeholders feel are potential alternative Sources of Talent looking at alternate ecosystems. We also intend to find best practices and innovative practices from organisations that are bearing results. How we can couple skilling strategies along with innovative recruitment approaches to bring in better results for business.
