Anil Raj is a serial International entrepreneur. With over 17+ years in entrepreneurship, today his businesses range from an Indian chain of restaurants, Information Technology, International kindergarten School, a variety of Import businesses and more. An ex-techie with 17 years of experience working in International investment banks like Credit Suisse, Dresdner, Japan’s Shinsei Bank and Citi Bank. He holds an M.S. in Information Technology.
After obtaining his MS in IT from an Australian University, he moved to Indonesia to work for an Indonesian bank as an IT specialist. In 1998, he shifted to Japan and has worked for well known American/European/Japanese banks like Credit Suisse, Citibank..etc. In 2005, Anil took the plunge into entrepreneurship, and has achieved much since. His company RAJGROUP, founded in 2005, is based in Tokyo, Japan.
He entered Osaka University on the recommendation of the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology in 2009. Post graduating with a Master of Economics, he has been working as a management consultant and business advisor. He has been involved in representative Indo-Japan projects like Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) , Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) , and is well versed in Global RTM, GTM entry strategies, Supply Chain Management, and Localization. Presently, he is active in architect a corporate-based bilateral economic relationship between Japan and India market.
