The Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) under the aegis of Direct Taxes Expert Committee is organizing a virtual half-day Session on Tax Deduction at Source - Recent Developments and Practical Issues on May 12, 2022 at 9.30 am.
The key focus of the session is to deliberate on interpretational issues, recent judicial pronouncements and practical challenges faced by the industry w.r.t Tax Deduction at Source (TDS). The session also aims to educate the members on the important provisions of TDS to enable them to streamline their procedures and comply with the regulations. This would also give the participants a unique opportunity to understand the several initiatives being undertaken to make TDS hassle free from the Department Representatives.
