The Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) under the aegis of Start-Up Expert Committee and jointly with IIM Ahmedabad Alumni Association, Bangalore Chapter is organizing a Special Talk on Indian economy – Toyota and their transformative experiences – what makes them innovative and acknowledged globally to be a powerhouse on January 19, 2019 at 3.30 pm at the CR Board Room, BCIC Office.
The programme assumes importance as it shall be a Curtain Raiser for the soon to be introduced CEO Breakfast series, which announcement follows.
The Special Talk, the 2nd in the series as part of the continuing Monthly Dialogue Series under the aegis of Start-Up Expert Committee is addressed by Mr. Shekar Viswanathan who will share with us his insights on the transformative experiences and innovations of Toyota in India.

Mr. Shekar Viswanathan presently serves as Vice Chairman and Whole time Director at Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited (TKM) . He is directly responsible for government affairs, corporate governance, etc. He has been associated with the automobile project of Toyota in India since its inception in 1999.
In addition to the several roles that he plays, he mentors the senior management of the company and assists the Managing Director in his running the operations of the company.
