We are pleased to extend our invitation for an Interactive Session on “Business Excellence Through People Excellence - Framework” hosted under the aegis of the Manufacturing Expert Committee on June 12, 2019 between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm at the CR Board Room, BCIC Office, Bangalore.
Dr. S Devarajan, Co-Chairman Manufacturing Expert Committee, BCIC will anchor the session.
Business Excellence (BE) Framework provides a comprehensive set of management standards which illustrates the cause and effect relationships between the drivers of performance and the results achieved. The people excellence framework sets the context for the way the organisation operates and serves as an overarching guide for how the framework is applied in a systematic process. Sound approaches and effective people deployment help organisations understand the excellence journey and what they need to do to improve their performance if it is falling short of the guidelines.
We request the members to kindly make it convenient to participate at the interactive session. Kindly also depute Senior personnel from your organization to participate at this knowledge sharing capsule.

He holds a B.E (Mech.), P.G.D.B.A., M.B.A., M.S. (Engg.) Warwick degrees.
He has 25 years of vast experience. He joined TVS way back in 1980 and has moved to the leadership position on a steady basis at this automobile company.
