The Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) under the aegis of its Women Leadership and Empowerment Expert Committee is organizing a half day Conference on Women in Leadership: “Care for Her” on October 5, 2018 at 9.30 am at the Westminster Hall, Hotel ITC Windsor, Sankey Road, Bangalore. The session will be followed by Lunch.
PREAMBLE
Today’s women follow a busy daily routine managing between work and home. This puts them under a lot of stress. Coupled with this, she also undergoes hormonal changes impacting her physical and the emotional health. Active sexual life and maternity further leads to biological changes impacting her overall productivity and wellbeing.
This program focuses on understanding the challenges that women face by creating awareness about biological and emotional changes that follows throughout her active Career Life, impact of work pressure on HER OVERALL WELL BEING. A little care at appropriate time would have a long-term positive impact on the INDIVIDUAL – TEAM – ORGANISATION as a whole.
OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the Conference is to bring forth and discuss with prominent leaders, core issues that are impacting progress of women in the corporate world with the expectation that leads to development of response systems at various levels, starting from self.
