While on one hand, the Indian exchange control regulations has strived to simplify compliances and further liberalise investment regulations into India, on the other, the Indian Corporate Laws have stressed on strengthening corporate governance norms.

      Mr. Lakshmisha is a Director in the M&A Tax & Regulatory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, India based in Bangalore.

      Mr. Lakshmisha specialises in the areas of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisition strategy and tax due diligence reviews.  Over the last decade, Mr. Lakshmisha has worked on several due diligences for Consumer products, Manufacturing, Pharma, E-commerce, Real estate and IT/ ITES clients and has extensive experience in advising clients in this sector on their acquisition strategy, funding and corporate restructuring strategies.


      Mr. Siddarth Narendranath, Manager, Tax and Regulatory Services, PwC

      Mr. Siddarth Narendranath is a Manager in the M&A Tax and Regulatory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, India based in Bangalore.

      Over the last 5 years, Mr. Siddarth has worked with several large Indian companies across sectors such as IT, manufacturing, e-commerce and has helped in business consolidation, cash repatriation, Group realignment and restructuring.  Mr. Siddarth also has worked on several due diligence assignments across sectors including e-commerce, manufacturing, IT/ ITES clients.
