Why this Workshop
How Good Corporate Governance and Corporate ethics are two important footprints to indicate a mark of a good company, a good tax management system in place will showcase the sustainable growth of any corporate. Good tax management of a business simply means efficient management of the company’s tax liabilities without compromising or digressing from the legal framework.
By attending this workshop on corporate taxation, participants will get to understand the main provisions of various Tax laws and key concepts on taxability components of income, deductibility of expenses, allowances and exemptions relating to businesses. This half-a-day workshop is a certificate course for non-tax professionals, enabling them to comprehend the Indian tax compliance processes and statutory deadlines, including mandatory requirements.
The main objective of the Workshop is to bring to the fore more clarity on various tax laws in the country in the eyes of non-tax professional. We expect that this Workshop would provide a good platform for non-tax professional to better understand and appreciate tax laws that are in practiced.
